Suzuki sets loose Jimny Rhino
SUZUKI Australia has set loose the Jimny Rhino Down Under, the special edition variant offered in five-door (XL) configuration only priced from $44,990 plus on-road costs.
Available with manual and automatic transmissions (+$2500), the Suzuki Jimny Rhino is otherwise mechanically identical to the donor model.
The variant is characterised by Kinetic Yellow paintwork with a contrasting Pearl Black roof, Jimny Rhino decals, 15-inch Shuriken diamond cut alloy wheels, satin silver side skirts and front bumper garnish, heritage Suzuki grille, Rhino tailgate badge, and front and rear mudflaps.
Inside, the Suzuki Jimny Rhino adds LED cabin lighting, satin silver vent bezels, a satin silver shift surround (AT only), a retro-designed gear knob (MT only), black leather wrapped door handles and passenger assist handle with Kinetic Yellow stitching and laser-etched Rhino special edition logo, eight-colour ambient footwell lighting, upgraded Pioneer speakers, bespoke floor mats, and Rhino Special Edition interior badging.
Jimny Rhino customers will also be gifted a Delivery Pack which includes a Rhino-branded metal presentation case, key chain, bucket hat, portable lantern, drink bottle, blanket, cooler box, portable Bluetooth speaker, and Koko Black ration pack.
“The Jimny Rhino has officially arrived, and in the interest of public pre-orders, we’re pleased to confirm it’s available to order through the Jimny Australia Dealer Network,” said Suzuki Australia automotive general manager Michael Pachota.
Mr Pachota says interest in the Suzuki Jimny Rhino has already “exceeded expectations” and that deliveries of the variant will commence from 1 July.
